We engaged Exela, and we have not looked back. To say that the experience has been life-changing to our company wouldn’t be strong enough. Exela is more than a digital mailroom. Due to COVID, we needed to come up with a quick solution that would function as a virtual office while handling our inbound mail. As a mental health facility we are cautious with data mailed to us.
